You stress 24/7 about your kids safety, health, and overall well-being. But there's really only so much you can control. </p><p>One thing parents are worried about is nutrition. There's a steady rise in obesity so it's a challenge to make sure your kids are learning healthy food choices. </p><p>One mom in Australia got a rude awakening when the healthy lunch she packed her kid was sent home with an extremely condescending note about her "unacceptable" food choices. But there was a tiny problem. The "unacceptable" choice was sultanas (golden raisins.) Certainly healthier than the lunches I pack for myself.
